Berry Cobbler

Pan size: 9x9 baking dish; 6-8 servings

2 cups all purpose flour
1cup sugar
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 Tbsp butter, melted
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg, beaten
2 cups fresh raspberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in butter, milk, vanilla, and egg until smooth. Fold in raspberries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes, until top is firm and golden brown.
